Yes. New accounts receive 20 signup credits. That is enough to create a five-second video with wan3.0-video at 480P.
Credit use depends on the model and resolution. wan3.0-video uses 4 credits per second at 480P, 8 at 720P, and 15 at 1080P. wan3.0-video-prime uses 6 credits per second at 480P, 11 at 720P, and 22 at 1080P.
Starter includes 330 credits, Creator includes 800, Pro includes 1,700, and Studio includes 4,000. Choose based on how many videos and revisions you expect to create.
No. Every plan is a one-time credit purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges.
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until you use them.
Yes. You can purchase another pack at any time. New credits are added to your existing balance.
Credits are deducted when a generation request is accepted and processed. If a system-side generation fails, credits are not consumed or are returned automatically.
Paid packs support commercial use, subject to the Terms of Service and any rights or restrictions involving uploaded media, brands, copyrighted works, or recognizable people.
Eligible purchases may be refunded within 7 days when no more than 10% of the purchased credits have been used. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
Yes. Checkout is handled by the configured payment provider. wan-30.com does not store your full card number on its servers.
Credits are normally added shortly after successful payment. If your balance does not update after a few minutes, refresh your Profile page or email support@wan-30.com.
Credits are tied to the account used for purchase and generally cannot be transferred.
